Refund Policy
Version 1.1 · Effective: 2026-06-18 · Last updated: 2026-06-18
Fees paid directly to AuthDeep are non-refundable by default. A 14-day discretionary window applies to direct transactions. Statutory withdrawal rights vary by region: EU/EEA/UK/Turkey/Palestine — 14 days; South Korea/Brazil/China/Canada — 7 days; Singapore — 5 days. When Paddle is active as merchant of record, Paddle's Refund Policy governs those transactions.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid AuthDeep subscriptions, license orders, support contracts, and related services purchased directly from KLİNİK TEKNOLOJİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, the operator of AuthDeep. It does not apply to self-hosted deployments where no fees have been paid to AuthDeep.
2. Default policy — fees are non-refundable
All fees paid directly to AuthDeep are non-refundable except where this policy, a signed order form, or applicable mandatory law provides otherwise. This applies to partially-used billing periods, plan upgrades, support add-ons, and prepaid terms.
3. Statutory withdrawal rights
Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply where law provides them and are not limited by this policy. Specific windows: EU, EEA, Switzerland, and United Kingdom — 14 calendar days from the transaction date for one-off purchases and the first payment of a new subscription; Turkey and Palestine — 14 calendar days; South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada — 7 calendar days; Singapore — 5 calendar days. The withdrawal right does not apply to digital content you started downloading, streaming, or using where you gave express consent to immediate access and acknowledged the withdrawal right would be lost. Subsequent subscription renewal payments are not covered by the initial withdrawal right, except for annual subscriptions renewing in the United Kingdom.
4. Discretionary refunds — 14-day window
For transactions billed directly by AuthDeep, a refund request submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission within this window does not guarantee a refund. Factors considered include the nature of the order, the reason for the request, and usage. A refund may be approved in full, partially, or declined. This window does not apply to transactions processed through Paddle.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation must be requested through the Support Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless law or a signed order form specifies otherwise. Access and entitlements continue until that date. AuthDeep does not pro-rate fees for mid-period cancellations unless required by law or a signed order form.
6. Plan changes and downgrades
Upgrading to a higher plan does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the prior plan. Downgrading may disable paid features but does not trigger a refund for the remainder of the billing period and does not intentionally delete customer data.
7. Paddle transactions
Paddle checkout is not currently active. When enabled, the applicable Paddle entity acts as merchant of record for those transactions. All refunds for transactions processed through Paddle are governed exclusively by Paddle's Refund Policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Refund requests for Paddle transactions must be submitted through Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net or via the link in your Paddle confirmation email. The 14-day discretionary window in section 4 does not apply to Paddle transactions.
8. Submitting a request (direct transactions)
For transactions billed directly by AuthDeep, submit refund requests through the Support Portal with your order reference, a clear description of the request, and any relevant supporting detail. AuthDeep will acknowledge receipt within five business days and aims to resolve requests within thirty calendar days.
9. Changes
Material changes to this policy are identified by the version and last-updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to any controlling signed order form.
