Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.1 · Effective: 2026-06-13 · Last updated: 2026-06-13
Use AuthDeep lawfully, do not abuse the mail service, do not bypass licensing or plan controls, and coordinate testing of AuthDeep-operated systems.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to AuthDeep software, authdeep.com, support channels, and services operated by AuthDeep. It supplements the Terms of Service. Self-hosted operators remain responsible for their users and deployments.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not violate law; infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights; distribute malware; enable unauthorized access; conduct phishing, credential theft, social engineering, denial-of-service attacks, unlawful surveillance, or cryptocurrency mining on systems you do not control; or transmit unlawful exploitative or hateful content.
3. Mail and messaging
AuthDeep Mail must not be used for spam or deceptive messaging. Operators must follow applicable anti-spam and privacy laws, honor unsubscribe requests, use accurate sender identities, and configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for sending domains.
4. Security testing
Testing your own self-hosted deployment is encouraged. Scanning, exploitation, load testing, or denial-of-service testing against AuthDeep-operated websites, support systems, or infrastructure requires prior written authorization through responsible disclosure.
5. Service and license integrity
You may not bypass license enforcement, plan limits, security controls, or feature gates; misrepresent usage or entitlement; remove legal notices; or resell, sublicense, or provide the software beyond the rights granted by your license or order form.
6. Enforcement and reporting
AuthDeep may restrict or terminate licenses, support, or hosted access; preserve evidence; remove unlawful content from services it operates; and report conduct where legally required. Reasonable notice is provided where practical unless urgent action is needed. Report abuse through the Support Portal or security contact.
7. Changes
Material changes are shown through the version and last-updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to any controlling signed agreement.
