Landing Contact Reliability via Support Ticket Flow

Landing contact intake now follows the same canonical support-ticket path used by the public Support page for ticket creation and email notification.

Public launch requests are normalized to a General Question support ticket path so ticket creation and email confirmation use one operational pipeline.

This removes behavior drift between landing and support intake, improves traceability, and keeps CSRF, rate limits, and audit-aligned handling in one place.
